Imahn joined the Mental Health America of Georgia organization, in the fall of 2022. She has a progressive eight years of in healthcare administration, operational support, and project management experience. She’s supported the Psychology and Psychiatry Departments at Shepherd Center and assisted in developing the Georgetown University Concierge Care facility psychiatric services line. Her passions include ensuring that the underserved populations of high-risk black women and children, new mothers, and veterans have access to quality mental health services and resources. Her long-term goals include pursuing her MHA/MBA/JD, with the hopes of improving the reach of resources available to all Georgians through legislation and science backed programs.
