Ariel Johnson

Program Assistant

Ariel Johnson is a California native who recently joined Mental Health America of Georgia, serving as a Program Assistant. She is a current scholar at Georgia State University completing her master’s degree in Creative and Innovative Education. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the illustrious Tuskegee University, as well as a collegiate certificate in Early Childhood Education.
Ariel’s passion is in child advocacy and mental health awareness. She plans to bridge the gap between education and mental health by creating spaces where children and families can become more acquainted with social-emotional learning (SEL) and holistic education through engaging experiences and authentic conversations.
